Andrews Lane Primary and Nursery School

Andrews Lane School is a happy, friendly community primary school which originally opened in 1970 as two schools, an infant school and a junior school. Since then the two schools have amalgamated to form the present school which is extremely well equiped and has lots of space.

All the classrooms are larger than average and we have; two halls (one designated as a gymnasium, and the other, which is used for music, drama, dance and assemblies), a separate dining room, three libraries and a brand new information technology suite.

As a combined infant and junior school with an attached nursery, we are well equipped to offer a continuous education for children from the ages of 4+ to 11.

We also offer;

an adult and toddler group every Wednesday afternoon in the nursery,
pre-school four afternoons each week for children aged 2 years and 10 months,
and a private after school club providing care for children between the end of school and 6.30pm.
